Withdrawals

Withdrawing your money is just as easy as signing up.  NYRA Rewards offers several different options to withdraw your money.  

 

Mutuel Tellers - Swipe your NYRA Rewards card with a mutuel teller to receive cash or a voucher.

Self Service Terminals - Log into your NYRA Rewards account at any self service terminal to withdraw funds.  A voucher will be printed that can be cashed with any mutuel teller.

Cash Exchange Terminals - Log into your NYRA Rewards account and select "Issue Voucher".  Enter the amount you would like to withdraw, reinsert your card and a voucher in the amount requested will be issued.  You will be automatically logged out and no receipt will be printed.

 

Electronic Transfer – If you have previously deposited money via the automated system, you may electronically transfer money back into your account at any time.  Funds are immediately debited, but can take up to three [3] business days to appear in your checking account. 

 

Mail - Fill out a withdrawal slip or submit a handwritten request that includes your account number and signature and mail to the address below:

Fax - Include your social security number, account number, and signature on a withdrawal slip along with a handwritten request and fax materials to 1-866-697-2946. A non-transferable check will be sent to the address on your original account application.  If you wish to change your mailing address, please send a separate signed, handwritten request.
